The Project section sets the project scale when using cells, and sets the default cell library.

With the project scale set to 1.000, all cells are placed in the size in which they were originally created.

All cells should be created at active scale 1 with working units, Master Units equal ft and Sub-Units equal ft and the Resolution of 10 th per ft and 100 pos units per th. Metric units can also be used.
